Introductory activities | Discuss the main aims of the module, the different blocks, evaluation and planning. |
Lecture | Lectures that will introduce the theory but also hands-on practice (notebooks) into the concepts of pre-processing, image registration and image segmentation. |
Virtual laboratories | Labs will allow the students to put in practice the concepts learnt in the lectures. There will be 4 different labs of 2 sessions each in each topic. |
Projects | A final project will be proposed during the last month of the module. They will be based on different medical imaging applications. The project will be in groups of 2-3 students. |
Personal attention | Individual or group meetings to clarify concepts of the module. |
