General description and relevant information |
This subject focuses on the development of algorithms and methods for medical image analysis for diagnosis. A review will be made of traditional methods and the most current proposals based on deep learning in terms of data pre-processing algorithms, image registration and matching, and segmentation and detection of regions of interest. Current challenges will be discussed and a final project will be proposed to put into practice all the knowledge acquired. This course is coordinated by Universitat de Girona. |
