By the end of this course, you will have developed the ability to criticise a piece of prose, poetry or drama, citing critical sources correctly, and constructing a rounded analysis of the text.
You will also be able to recognize the key features of work from each of the decades under consideration, and be able to highlight salient features which make that work characteristic of its period.
You will also develop the ability to criticize your own work constructively and propose potential areas of progress. |
