You will find most of the basic required reading texts available through Moodle, plus links to sites of interest. You are strongly recommended to buy the exact editions recommended here, as they are among the best in terms of quality, with excellent introductions and notes. Other editions vary greatly in quality, and the variation in page numbering will prove inconvenient. In the case of the Shakespeare text, the actual text may vary depending on the edition, so ONLY the NEW CAMBRIDGE SHAKESPEARE edition is recommended. Be careful when you buy this - Cambridge editions have other series of Shakespeare plays, for high school students etc, and these are NOT recommended. |
