Introductory activities | The first session will be adressed to clarify the main concepts of human resources management and also to know the previous ideas and interests of students. |
Lecture | Lecture sessions are the main way to explain theoretical knowledges about any topic in this subject. There will be also shared practical exemples of situacions in enterprises that can help understanding the theory. Debate will be present in all sessions. |
Practical cases/ case studies in the classroom | Part or our time will be dedicated to analyse cases and do practical exercices in class. |
Presentations / oral communications | Students will expose the assignment in class. |
