The course delves into the integration of omics and phenotypic information systems, focusing on analysis environments tailored for genetic diseases, cancer, and complex diseases. Students will explore disease trajectory analysis, enabling a comprehensive understanding of disease progression and its implications. This course is coordinated by researchers at Barcelona Supercomputer Center. |
