The main purpose of this subject is to acquire the basic skills and techniques to analyse data in informatic programmes, using Excel and specially SPSS.
The specific objectives are:
1. Acquire and/or increase the knowledge about how to convert raw data from questionnaires, interviews, etc. into numbers and how to organize them before to start a statistical analysis.
2. Acquire knowledge and skills about statistical measures with one variable and with two variables using SPSS.
3. Acquire and/or consolidate skills about how to write a scientific report of the results following APA guide.
