General description and relevant information |
The main aim of the course is to understand the narrative and expressive resources of audio-visual language: types of shots, camera movements, edition, sound, etc. We will combine theoretical and practical classes. ATTENTION: we offer the possibility to take this course in English. One of the groups (Grup de matrícula 1) will receive the lectures on theoretical contents, examples and analysis of audio-visual fragments in English (one hour a week). The rest of the course activities - exercices, presentations and examinations - can be done in Catalan/Castilian. The students will have to choose a language group when they enroll (Grup 1 = English; Grup 2 = Catalan). Limited capacity, on a first-come-first-serve basis. |
