 A2 Comprèn els condicionaments que introdueixen les diferents tecnologies i canals de difusió en el tractament de l'actualitat periodística
 A7 Coneix els condicionaments de la producció (econòmics, polítics i culturals), els processos interns de producció d’actualitat (organització, maneres i rutines de producció), i el resultat d’aquest procés (productes culturals en l’àmbit de l’actualitat periodística en un sentit ampli)
Adquireix el coneixement i les habilitats per a realitzar una anàlisi dels mitjans de comunicació de masses a partir de les eines i les metodologies bàsiques en l’estudi de la comunicació
