General description and relevant information |
The ability to communicate orally at an advanced level in English is one of the main goals for the students of this major and one of the building blocks of proficiency in English as a foreign language. Through intensive and extensive practice of both oral macro skills, speaking and listening, this course provides ample opportunity to develop students' abilities to communicate effectively in spoken English. Attention will be paid to the most important set of micro skills that are necessary to perform confidently in a wide range of situations and for a variety of communicative purposes. |
