Aquesta assignatura té com a objectiu introduir a l’alumne en el comerç electrònic ensenyant les bases necessàries per poder realitzar amb èxit un treball pràctic d’implantació de venda electrònica relacionat amb l’entorn socioeconòmic. L’alumne rebrà nocions sobre cóm dissenyar un model de negoci. Coneixerà cóm es gestiona la informació als comerços electrònics. Aprendrà cóm funcionen els mecanismes de transacció electrònica actualment en ús. Finalment, se li explicaran diverses tècniques enfocades a la protecció del copyright electrònic.
