| Introductory activities | Proposal of Final Degree Projects (TFG) by the teachers of the DEIM and the DEEEA (optionally by the student). In the case of DEIM: The proposals will be available in the Moodle environment and on the web http://deim.urv.cat/~tfg/ (in beta) In the case of the DEEEA: This proposal is made through the DEEEA website, the link to which will be available in moodle and at the following link: https://sauron.etse.urv.es/public/PROPOSTES/ |
| Mechanisms for coordinating and monitoring the bachelor’s degree/master’s degree thesis | teacher will carry out periodic sessions of supervision of the final degree project. The coordination mechanism will be communicated by the teacher in question. |
| Drafting of the bachelor’s degree/master’s degree thesis | The student advances in the development of his work until he reaches the objectives associated with his Final Degree Project. The student must make an explanatory report and a summary in three languages of the work done. Once the report and abstract have been reviewed, the director will authorize / approve the TFG to indicate that it is ready to be defended. In the case of the DEIM: The authorization will be communicated by email to the coordinator (Dr. Solanas) |
| Selecting/assigning the bachelor’s degree/master’s degree thesis | Assignment of TFG and director, and optionally speaker, to a student. In the case of DEIM: The assignment is made by the coordinator (Dr. Agusti Solanas) and the information is made public on the Moodle website and on the http://deim.urv.cat/~tfg/ website (in beta). In the case of the DEEEA: This is done by the corresponding teacher, who will perform the task of director and does so electronically in the TFG management application of the DEEEA. |
| Presentation and defence of the bachelor’s degree/master’s degree thesis | The director of the TFG supervises and guides the student in the development of the work. The director will communicate to the student the mechanism to follow. Before the deadline for submitting the TFG (There are 5 annual calls), the student must bring the TFG report and the corresponding summaries, metadata sheet, etc ... so that it is processed electronically and loaded into the system. Subsequently, you must defend your project orally before a court, which will carry out the evaluation |
