| Relevant information | L'alumne ha de conèixer els productes i subproductes derivats del vi, les seves característiques i propietats. - Calcular sistemes de destil•lació per aplicar a l'elaboració d’aiguardents. - Elaboració aiguardents i vinagres. In this subject you only have the right to make the exam, because the degree you are studying is going to be extinguished.
