General description and relevant information Should there be a health emergency that requires the general public to be confined or which involves restricted mobility during the academic year, we shall attempt to adapt teaching and assessment. Should this situation arise, information about any changes will be given on the Moodle space for every subject. Subject that aims to familiarize the student with the structure of the most relevant biological macromolecules and correlate their structure with their function. In this subject, the theory and practical teaching will be mixed (face-to-face and distance, simultaneously). In the case of theory, a model will be followed with the next schedule: students will be divided into two groups: one group will follow the class in the classroom (face-to-face) at the same time as the other group follows the class remotely (on-line). Both groups will alternate face-to-face and online modes on established days. As for the teaching of practices, this will be mostly at a distance except in specific sessions that will be done in person and of which the students will be informed in advance. In face-to-face sessions, the limitations imposed by COVID-19 will be taken into account. In the event that the health situation does not allow conducting the sessions in person, the course will be conducted exclusively in online format.
