Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (2010)
ADAPTION OF TEACHING TO THE NEW NORMALITY FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-21 AS A RESULT OF COVID-19

As a result of the health emergency, exceptionally and temporarily, teaching during the academic year 2020-21 will be taught in the form of adapted face-to-face teaching (mixed/hybrid), which combines face-to-face teaching with distance teaching. This adaptation does not modify the modality of the degree. The GEQ will prioritize the maximum possible number of contact hours for first, second, and third year students, possibly considering a lower attendance for fourth year students. To develop the course, students will be integrated into small groups and will alternate weeks of face-to-face work at the center, with weeks of online work according to a pre-established schedule. Finally, whenever possible the face-to-face work sessions should be preferably used for problem seminars, laboratory practices and review of doubts, in front of lectures. You will find more detailed information in the course guide for each subject.

Should there be a health emergency that requires the general public to be confined or which involves restricted mobility during the academic year, we shall attempt to adapt teaching and assessment so that it can be carried out online in compliance with the directives given by the corresponding authorities. This measure will be temporary and will only be taken under exceptional circumstances. Should this situation arise, information about any changes will be given on the Moodle space for every subject.

The registration period for this degree will be conducted from the 16 to the 18 of September and the information given in this academic guide may change before the registration period starts
