| General description and relevant information | The subject of Cosntruction IV is aimed to provide the student basic knowledge about the most common structural systems in construction and the tools to apply them to a project. Also providing a general knowledge of other less usedstructural systems. The program is divided into two parts: the structure,the foundations systems and containment. This knowledge is given from several ways: the characteristics of the system, theirbehaviour, the pre-dimensioning and design of elements and joints. | |||||||||||||||||
