| General description and relevant information | Qualsevol activitat de qualsevol persona s'emmarca en un context d'accions i reaccions, de causes i conseqüències. En el cas de les persones que exerceixen l'arquitectura, a més, qualsevol activitat pot marcar un futur (fins i tot llunyà) i pot tenir bons resultats però també conseqüències fatals. La legislació bàsica i les normatives que se'n deriven intenten controlar aquestes causes per evitar les conseqüències dolentes. Ho aconsegueixen sempre ? A quin preu ? En aquesta assignatura intentarem imaginar el marc jurídic d'un món perfecte i el compararem amb el marc jurídic del món existent. | |||||||||||||||||
