General description and relevant information |
This subject is part of the mention of technician in labor relations. To obtain it, you must pass 18 credits in the mentioned subjects. The rest of the optional credits, up to 30, can be from all the activated optional subjects offered in the Degree. The subject tries to understand the relationships between national law and European Union law, the importance of European Union institutions in our legal system and, in particular, in Social Law and to understand the relevance of regulations and case law on specific topics of the Social Law of the European Union. |
