General description and relevant information |
Introduction to the knowledge of Law and its relations with society and culture. For this propaedeutic and formative work, and without forgetting the reflective and critical component, an attempt will be made to explain and develop basic concepts for Law such as the normative order, norm and legal system, among others, or to analyse the relationship between law and justice, as well as the repercussions on the system of sources, and legal argumentation and interpretation. |
