General description and relevant information This is a introductory course to the concepts and policies of the Human Resource Management function.

Competences
Type A Code Competences Specific
 A5 Run a business or other public or private institution and direct or manage any of their functional areas (human resources, administration and finance, sales and marketing, operations).
 A7 Scientifically analyze case studies of businesses and business problems and can draw up consultancy reports that respond to these problems.

There are two activities to develop throughout the course. They will be explain in the first session of the course. 50%

Other comments and second exam session

Submission of the course activities are mandatory to go to the second call. It consists of a Test exam which accounts for the 50% of the total grade. You need a minimum of 4 to average with the rest of the activities.
