General description and relevant information Introduction to sustainability tools. Basic theory and practice of Environmental Assessment and Life Cycle Management applied to food and beverages with special application to fermented beverages fermented beverages, especially wine, sparkling wine and beer.

 A6 Evaluate, incorporate and manage the latest tools of environmental sustainability and life cycle analysis in the production of fermented beverages
