  A1 Correct identification and interpretation of the basic elements of the legal system and the framework that regulates labour relations, social security and employment
  A2 Application of theories on the management of human resources in organizations
  A3 Analysis and systematization of how the job market, and social and employment policies work
  A4 Awareness of the complexity, and dynamic and interrelational nature of work and its social agents, with particular attention to the legal, organizational, psychological, sociological, historical and economic aspects
