The combination of multiple food and nutritional factors is related to health or disease rather than the intake of an isolated aliment. This combination of food and nutrients is called dietary models or patterns.
In addition to alimentation, weight control, physical activity and healthy habits are linked to health and disease.
Now it arise the possibility to deepen into the methodological basis that allows the definition of food models.
Students will study the methodological basis to explain the multiple combinations of food and nutritional factors that define dietary models or patterns on health and disease.
