General description and relevant information | The course will introduce the student to the world of data treatment using bioinformatics and statistical tools. Introduction to omics sciences (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics) for the study of biological systems. Metabolomics will be used as model and as a technology for mass data generation. Practices will be made using bioinformatics tools with the R platform and using data from different metabolomics experiments. | |||||||||||||||||
