Use bioinformatic tools to: a) analyze structures and sequences of proteins and nucleic acids, and b) search for information in the main biological and bibliographic databases. Know advanced tools of genetic engineering, both in prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems. Appreciate the speed of changes in the knowledge and tools of recombinant DNA technology.
