General description and relevant information

In this matter we will explain the different processes and operations that take place in the Hotel industry. How they are organized, how they are planned, how they are controlled and how the results obtained are measured. In this subject both the theoretical and practical classes will be of mixed type, that is to say, a part of the students will attend the classroom in person and the rest of the students will follow the class simultaneously with videoconference. The groups that will be able to attend each session in person before the start of the course will be informed. This subject is 100% in English
