General description and relevant information |
Know the function and requirements of different nutrients and how the body uses them. Discuss current issues in nutrition. Theory and problem teaching will be face-to-face with a scheduled schedule if the health emergency situation for Covid-19 allows it. If this is not the case, the teaching of theory and problems will be mixed (face-to-face and distance) with a scheduled timetable. The specific organization will be specified in the Moodle space of the subject depending on the health emergency situation. |
