General description and relevant information
Should there be a health emergency that requires the general public to be confined or which involves restricted mobility during the academic year, we shall attempt to adapt teaching and assessment. Should this situation arise, information about any changes will be given on the Moodle space for every subject.

The study of systems in equilibrium (where a process goes), through thermodynamics, and the temporal evolution of matter (how long it takes), through kinetics, give complementary visions of the behaviour of chemical or biochemical systems. General contents of chemical thermodynamics and kinetics, necessary for the comprehension, analysis, modelling and design of processes own to biotechnology.
