Are familiar with renewable and non-renewable energy resources and their characteristics. Are familiar with energy transformation processes including combustion, cogeneration and trigeneration. Are familiar with the characteristics of distributed generation. Can analyse systems with renewable energy, cogeneration and cold production considering energy, environmental and economic aspects. Can apply the integration of processes using the Pinch method for the design of heat exchanger networks. | |
