It is important to agree with the professor on regular tutoring sessions and to establish a schedule with sections on results, drafting of essays, etc. in order to complete the process in a timely manner. The tutor must prepare and send to the TFM coordination a report with a justified evaluation of the student's performance during the development of the project. This report is essential in order to be able to present and defend the TFM. In order to pass the TFM, a minimum of 5 must be obtained in the evaluation report of the TFM tutor. |

The student must deliver a copy of his or her work to each member of the examining board before the established deadline. In order to pass the TFM it is necessary to obtain a minimum of 5 in the grade of the work awarded by the examining board (taking into account both the written paper and the oral defense). |

The work is defended publicly and in person in front of an examining board made up of at least two people (the same people who correct the written work). No member of the examining board can be the tutor of the student's paper. The public defense of the work requires the express authorization of the academic tutor, who must send to the coordination of the TFM an evaluation report of the final work with the authorization for the public defense. Without this authorization report it is not possible to defend the TFM. The oral presentation lasts between 15 and 20 minutes, and in no case must exceed 30 minutes between the student's presentation and the questions of the members of the examining board. In order to pass the TFM, a minimum of 5 must be obtained in the grade awarded by the examining board (taking into account both the written work and the oral defense). |

The final evaluation of the TFM consists of: 1. Tutor's report on the process and the completion of the planned activities and tutorials (according to the template; see annex V: 20% of the final grade). 2. Evaluation of the TFM, the written work presented and evaluated by the members of the examining board, as well as the oral presentation and defense of the TFM (according to the template; see annexes III and IV: the score for each section is the weighted average of the items that comprise it: 80% of the final grade, average score of the members of the examining board of which 60% corresponds to the written work and 20% to the oral defense). In order to pass the TFM, a minimum of 5 must be obtained in each of the evaluations (tutor's report and examining board's grade). The TFM will have two calls per year |
