Description
  • Periodic meetings with supervisors will be scheduled, in person or virtually. The supervisor will keep a record of these meetings, completion of tasks, achievement of competencies and possible deviations for inclusion in a Progress Monitoring Report (PMR).
  • Once the work is completed, the student will prepare and deliver the MT Report to the supervisor(s) for validation
  • Once approved, the student will inform the MT Coordinator at least 2 weeks before the scheduled defense date, and will upload the MT Report to the Virtual Campus
  • Before the defense, the student will upload the MT presentation to the Virtual Campus.
  • In the event that the Master's Thesis has been carried out in an external company/institution, prior to the delivery of the final report of the MT to the supervisor, the student must present it to the supervisor of the external company/organization, who will verify the adequacy of the report, removing any confidential information if required.
  • The MT coordinator will assign the court members in less than a week, and will set the final date and time, leaving at least one week for the court members to evaluate the final master's thesis.
