General description and relevant information |
In times where the environment is highly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA), the exercise of leadership now requires new skills that allow the preparation, anticipation, evolution and management of the leader himself, his team and the organization . This course introduces the student to the new currents of leadership and relevant competencies to face the current challenges faced by tourism organizations. We will emphasize the leader's own competence development, the construction and management of collaborator networks, and the obtaining of results in organizations, all mediated by a context where the new information technologies take on a preeminent role. |
