In this subject, aspects taken into account refer to communication skills and strategies, to the processes of interaction and educational communication, to communication skills applied to tutorial action and conflict management in the educational center , to the educational analysis of mass media and multimodal literacy. Except for the Oral Skills module, Catalan will be the language of instruction. |
