DESCRIPCIÓ GENERAL DE L'ASSIGNATURA: L'objectiu de l'assignatura es aportar coneixement sobre els conceptes, procediments i sistemes utilitzats en la producció animal, pel seu consum en l'alimentació humana tant com a producte fresc com matèria primaria transformada. S'estudiarà la nutrició, higiene i sistemes de producció animal així com les instal·lacions ramaderes, tot sota el parany del benestar animal |
