DESCRIPCIÓ GENERAL DE L'ASSIGNATURA: Definir els principals tipus de bioreactors, descriure les seves característiques bàsiques i identificar les seves aplicacions més importants tant per processos enzimàtics com per processos amb microorganismes. Identificar i descriure els elements necessaris per dur a terme el disseny d’un bioreactor, tals como les equacions cinètiques més comuns i les equacions de disseny. Analitzar els reactors ideals per ser capaços de desenvolupar reactors reals. |
