General description and relevant information

As a subject within the study of basic psychological processes, the objectives to be achieved are the following:

1.- To know the psychological perspective in the study of language and communication.

2.- Understand which are the most relevant theoretical problems and the proposed solutions.

3.- Familiarize yourself with the main research findings in this field and acquire an integrated vision of them.

4.- To know what are the research procedures that allow psychology to address the questions that arise about language as a faculty of the mind and as a communication tool.

5.- Establish relationships between the processes involved in language and communication and the rest of basic psychological processes.

6.- Be informed about the areas of application in which knowledge can be projected in the study of language and communication.
