| General description and relevant information | This course provides a general overview of the History of English Literature from its origins up to contemporary times, putting the emphasis on the most relevant periods, the cultural-historical contexts, key authors and their major works. The aim is to acquaint students with English Literary History, establishing the essential guidelines of the English literary landscape. | |||||||||||||||||
