General description and relevant information | A complete view of literary texts and cultural contexts in contemporary USA demands special attention to the fact of ethnic self conscioussness. Ethnicity quite often goes beyond socioeconomic and religious factors in USA. While American politics go hand in hand with ethnic awareness, nowhere more clearly than in literature present issues concerning discrimination and marginality, assimilation and racial heritage. | |||||||||||||||||
