Recent Studies and Official Reports regard Cultural Heritage as a positive driver of Economic development, and a source of opportunities to address policy-making agendas, Cultural education purposes and Social Cohesion issues, among others (e.g. European Commission, 22.7.2014, COM(2014) 477 final).

The activities to carry out in this course will focused on how to build long-term sustainable opportunities for Cultural heritage in three different domains (1) Heritage Management, (2) Educational communities, and (3) Cultural Heritage Tourism, and showing the current developments in the uses and re-uses of Cultural Heritage Assets in terms of for Culture, Education, Leisure, and Tourism sectors.
