The aim of the subject is to develop the legal regime of personnel in the service of public administrations, dealing with issues such as the human resources management system, the organization of personnel and the classes of public workers, the planning and ordering instruments of human resources, the procedures for accessing public employment, staff remuneration, performance and career evaluation mechanisms, staff rights and duties, administrative situations, the responsibility of staff at the service of public administrations and raise, in general, the main future challenges in the management of public employment.
