  Description
Introductory activities Course presentation, cultural introductions.
Lecture Each lecture will introduce and discuss how to effectively manage communications in international offices. The classes will be interactive and will include both teacher-centric and student-centered.
Presentations / oral communications Students will be required to perform a group presentation in front of the class. Additionally, the students will be involved in group discussions and whole class discussions related to the topic.
Assignments Students will be required to do two written assignments.
Personal attention Students are welcome to discuss class-related issues with the instructor during her office hours
