Job offers

The University has a careers office which is available to all URV students. You can find out about any vacancies from the BACU or directly from the Office's website:

http://www.urv.es/borsatreball

You can also take advantage of the job offers that are made by the School's two departments: DEIM and DEEEA. The Schools, unlike the URV's general Careers Office, provide this service only to their own students and the vacancies are for jobs that are directly related to the courses studied. This means that most job offers require technical knowledge and a particular academic situation and are, therefore, only suitable for students in the final stages of their courses.

You can consult the jobs offered by the departments at the corresponding departmental secretariats or on the ETSE website (ETSE>Estudiantes>Bolsas de trabajo).

Likewise, if students wish to do their curricular work experience in companies for their optional subjects, PFCs or free credits, they can get in touch with the two ETSE departments because they receive proposals from a variety of companies who are prepared to provide students with work experience. You can find the requisites for carrying out work experience programmes in the regulations of external work experience of URV students approved by the University Senate on 30th April 2004 and in the ETSE regulations on work experience in companies approved by the School Board on 30th May 2003. You can consult the latest modifications at the following address:

http://www.etse.urv.es/secretaria/normatives/8.Normativa_pract_externes.pdf

You can also find a summary of the information about work experience in companies on the ETSE's website >Estudiantes>Información de estudio >entrando en vuestro estudio  >convenios de prácticas en empresa.

Those students on the ETIG, ETIIS and EI courses can also receive information about work experience in companies from the work-experience coordinator , Miguel Ángel Acebo Visanzay.

Those students on the ETI-E, ETI-EI, EAEI and ETTT courses can receive information about work experience in companies from Ms. Margarita Rebenaque Esteve in the DEEEA secretariat.
