General description and relevant information

The information published in this guide corresponds to face-to-face classes and can serve as a guide. Due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19 there may be changes in teaching, assessment and calendars for the 2023-24 academic year. These changes will be reported in the Moodle space of each subject.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT: This course aims to introduce students to electronic commerce by teaching the necessary bases to be able to carry out a practical work on the implementation of electronic sales related to the socioeconomic environment. The student will receive notions on how to design a business model. You will learn how information is managed in electronic commerce. You will learn how the electronic transaction mechanisms currently in use work. Finally, various techniques focused on electronic copyright protection will be explained.

Although this course is not offered in English, foreign exchange students will receive personalised support in English and will be able to develop the evaluation activities in this language.
