GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT:Introduction to communication systems defining their basic parts (transmitter, receiver and channel) and concepts such as: bandwidth, transmitted power, signal-to-noise ratio, etc.). Study of linear analogue modulations: AM, DSB, SSB and VSB and agular analogue modulations: FM and PM Comprehensive analysis of probability concepts and random signals. |
