This course deals with the basis of general methods of analysis of the main chemical components of wine, with special emphasis on instrumental methods. The aim is that students learn not only to understand an analytical wine protocol but also to interpret the analytical results obtained in the laboratory (either basic or specialized) to apply a certain protocol.
