DESCRIPCIÓ GENERAL DE L'ASSIGNATURA Es presenten els principis fonamentals que governen el transport de calor i matèria considerant medis continus. Es farà èmfasi en com deduir les equacions que regeixen la transferència de calor i matèria a partir de les lleis de conservació i les lleis constitutives. Els models resultants s'aplicaran a diferents sistemes de l’àmbit de l’Enginyeria Química. |
