DESCRIPCIÓ GENERAL: Conèixer els principals tipus d'organismes que causen les plagues i malalties dels cultius. Comprendre el concepte de mala herba. Analitzar i valorar els diferents mètodes de protecció dels cultius i els productes fitosanitaris emprats.
