While there may be some teams that are able to reach high performance with a poor leader, it’s generally true that the success of a team depends on whether or not the leader has the right skills and attitudes for the job. This course equips you with a framework of effective leadership behaviors and a set of team facilitation skills that you need to lead teams successfully.In this subject you only have the right to make the exam, because the degree
