General description and relevant information En aquesta assignatura es pretén introduir a l'alumne en el coneixement de la naturalesa, funcions i propietats dels diferents compostos químics que constitueixen els aliments. Per altra banda també es presenten els fonaments dels mètodes generals d'anàlisi tot posant una especial atenció en l'aspecte pràctic d'aquests.
