Metodologies

	Descripció
Activitats Introductòries	S'explicarà l'assignatura: objectius, activitats, metodologies i sistema d'avaluació. S'exposaran els requisits necessaris per tal de cursar l'assigantiura amb èxit; la professora també explicarà què s'espera de l'alumnat i la importància de l'ús de la llengua anglesa com a veicle de docència i comunicació en totes les sessions.
Sessió Magistral	There will be a number of lectures in which the teacher will expose the main aspects of each topic in the course syllabus, as well as introducing theoretical lines of analysis and interpretation that may contribute to a better understanding and appreciation of authors and literay works.
Seminaris	These will be practical sessions in which students will be asked to contribute to the critical analysis and appreciation of texts or works previously introduced in the theoretical sessions. Students will be given specific theoretical and practical guidelines to prepare for the seminars beforehand.
Presentacions / exposicions	Class presentation of a piece of work (research/assignment), preferably with audiovisual/computer support. (This activity will be subject to the number of students in the group)
Resolució de problemes, exercicis a l'aula ordinària	Practical exercises on critical appreciation of literary texts: poems, extracts from novels and set reading. These will be programmed in advance, according to a set calendar.
